  • meditation comes spontaneously , we need detachment ,,,,, we do not need a GURU all this things come when you are ready, you can NOT sit and say I am going to meditate,,,,It is not in our hands ,what ever is happening it has to happen, there is not free will..it is not so simple.. Every thing is within us ,but we have to be prepare........
