  • to improve the german....voice, expression, actin WONDERFUL!!!

  • Don't be ashamed of the applause. Leave it in there.

  • I have to say that this is one of the best male recordings of Allerseelen on youtube! When I did this last year (I'm going to be a freshman at Luther), this was the recording I listened to the most. Keep up the good work!

  • When you say sophomore do you mean high school or college!?!? also rather exquisite! It's actually a rather hard piece to do! I must say that your diction was very good; not the same as a German singer; but than again their two completely different forms of accents so I give you extra credit for getting it as close as it was! Keep up the good work and I hope to hear more songs from you!

  • so good. so. good.

  • I am in love with your voice it is truly amazing! I don't think I will ever go to another youtube video for this piece ever after listening to this.. I am doing this piece for my Sophomore barrier exam and I am glad I came upon this video because you do such an amazing job on this piece, it's almost inspiring.

  • I am learning this song as my German piece for NATS this year and you are the male performance my voice instructor showed me as to what I should emulate. This is a fantastic performance and beautiful tone. I am also a sophmore tenor and view what you've done largely as inspiration to what I should try and be more like. Thank you for posting, I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

  • As a native speaker, I must say that your pronunciation in general is very good. Even many highly established professional singers are not able to produce the German vowels correctly (e.g. Ian Bostridge never mastered the German "a"-vowel...) However, there are just some specific words which you learned wrongly. For example, the three e's in "Reseden" are all different, the first and the third you sing pretty well, but the middle one should be much closer to an "i" and not at all an "ä".

  • Excellent! Very well done.
