I could do without the comment that the slaves had to eat what their Silas LeGree massuh considered inferior meats. Yet another indication of how cruel and insensitive white southerners can be and that continues today. But we survived and created some of the best food dishes to this day. I hope this becomes a chain one day. And that they build one out of the south.
