Here we take two seemingly unrelated papers from JWL Glaisher and unify them via a nice def integral of inf products at the very end of the video.

  • The Russian integral book I referred to was by Prudnikov, Brychkov, Marichev

Why aren't more people interested in mathematical identities ???

You get the satisfaction of being creative like a true artist PLUS if verified you can possibly go down in history, and you can possibly use the math in a real world engineering situation to enance some physical process and possibly make real money!!!

  • @RozarSmacco

    key word is POSSIBLY

  • Marshall I know this is kinda of random but have you ever heard of edward leeskalnin????

  • Looks mesmerising! Have you published this, or put into PDF or something? I would really be grateful to read it. Also, where can I find Glaisher's paper? I have searched but to no avail. Volume I of Messenger of Mathematics doesn't appear to contain any article with the title 'On The Summation by Definite Integrals of Geometrical Series of the Second and Higher Orders' (it however contains many other articles written by him, as you have remarked).

  • @RozarSmacco I agree man. Math, guitar, and cars are probably the three greatest things in life.

  • Marshall, have you tried publishing any of this on a mathematical journal?

  • very cool. looking at the comments i feel like i'm the first one to get the idea haha

  • looks like fun. I'll have keep advancing my technical knowledge and ability.

did you just study engineering or mathematics in school and pursue the music outside of that, or what?

  • Wut
