I'm not sure why you would use an ontology rather than metadata for the two Henries above. Is England a type of node? Would it not be easier to have a metadata field for country and put England and France in those.
I'm probably missing something. ANd maybe it makes a big difference in the way the data is stored and can be manipulated.
