Bought mine on ebay,no warrenty what so ever says the factory I downloaded the new maps and it will not accept numbered, lettered or directional streets. So. Sixth St. has been here for 50 years and cannot type it in, it doesn't exist, but it shows on the screen when I am driving on it. Factory says to send it back to the seller for service but seller does't want it back and only had it 1 day. It is really hard to use and I live on a numberd hwy but it shows I live on a deer trail, has 5" mud??

i agree this gps is a POS i got a nuvi 350 from walmart for 150 and does everything i need it to do get me from point A to point B and still have it tell me exactly what street i am turning on by saying so and recalculate you if you make a wrong turn

this device sucks as it does not tells you on which side the destination is ie right or left.

i love my nexstar cheap gps,which is good enough,nokia 500 lacks many required features.
