Downfall of dprjones (mirror)

In a disgraceful example of not understanding how to interpret their own guidelines, YouTube has suspended dprjones without proper cause. dpr was an awesome YouTuber and his voice will be missed here. This is a sad day for him, us and YouTube itself. Pathetic flagging campaigns need to be met with a correct interpretation and screening processes by YouTube.

Freedom of speech covers the right to insult. It doesn't cover the right to silence someone you don't agree with.. If Frankreturns reply would have been an insult back at DPR it would have been just fine with me...

Haha the CE mark is no different from the Underwriter Labratories (UL) mark and the FCC mark. It only states that its compliant with the applicable European standards.

Jones asks Frank questions, Frank delivers a lame excuse as to why he cannot answer. Frank asks Jones questions, Jones answers. Jones gets permenantly suspended because of non existant breaches of YouTubes terms on his questions to Frank video. TF00t makes video pointing out Franks votebotting history, Frank dissapears within a short space of time after this.

Frankreturns has not indicated that he has does not have an open mind nor does he indicate that he can do anything but throw slander against those in opposition to his views. I think the name "Frankretard" is appropiate. But the point is, he was suspended because of false flagging, as out of the thousands of YouTube videos with very controversial material, his was flagged, leading to his suspension. My question to you StudentoftheSpirit is do you think his suspension was fair? Because I don't.
