  • Haha! You should try to shampoo it without any water. Oil does not disolve in water, but shampoo makes oil do that. So start with applying shampoo and then rinse with water.

  • I foolishly followed a friends advice to put olive oil on my head. Afterward, I shampoo'ed it 5 times, and wound up going to school with a grease bomb head. Everyone kept asking me why my hair was wet. Embarassing!

  • This is for making hair shiny and soft: Start with applying olive oil in your hair before going to bed. Let it absorb while sleeping, remember to cover ur pillow so it doesn't get oily, just a towel.. Then when u wake up and shower, u start with applying shampoo ONLY. No water yet. Do this carefully, making sure u dont miss some areas. Then u rinse with water and make sure there is no shampoo or oil left. Shampoo once again and then later on use a conditioner if necessary. Hope it helps!
