mikbro34, totally agree. would be interesting to see if this song was released today as a new song, what it would chart? timeless classic. Regarding Canadian music in the 80's or as a whole, bad management, marketing, cost a lot of fine musicians and bands. Harlequin, Streetheart, Toronto, Platinum Blonde, Trooper, are all great bands that didnt have a lot of success and should have. Loverboy was able to break it to an extent, but who was their mgr? i remember the first time i herd this song on the radio CHOM f.m. out of montreal when i listen to this song now it still sounds brand new unlike all the top 40 american music . so being a musican and half canadian i truely apreciate this tune ... thanks harliquin !
