AU: Addison and Derek are married, and have a 1o year old son, Jackson Christopher Shepherd, who is very sick. This follows the Shepherd family through Jackson's final days at the hospital, his final surgeries, final moments and through his funeral. Will Addison and Derek be able to survive the loss of their son?
