Paire 'shippers don't believe in incest either. We believe in was a mistake by the writers making Peter and Claire related in the first place and want them unrelated ASAP.

After all the boy-meets-girl moments and amazing chemistry between them in "Homecoming" and "Fallout", even James Kyson Lee(Ando) thought it was strange having Paire turn out to be Uncle/Niece. Relatives don't gaze into each other's eyes like that.

I believe history will prove Paire 'shippers right and Tim Kring wrong.

Oh, and not everyone is "jumping ship".

I am steadfast in my belief that Kring got it wrong, and this show has garnered enough criticism to justify Paire 'shippers argument.

Not now, not EVER will i jump ship; Paire OR Halo.

Lol, wow, people are ragging on you aren't they? Sorry to be adding to it--I'm going to try to not sound snippy because I know this ship irks a lot of people. ;)

But yeah. I don't like incest. I shudder to think of kissing any of my uncles. But for me, Paire's the exception to that. I have a firm belief in destiny and that it trumps everything else, and it was said in the show--"It's not just random, okay, it's destiny."

And it's the whole mutual savior thing that I love so much about them. :)

Actually, most Paire shippers aren't into incest either. Me, personally, find it gross and unnerving. But I love Peter and Claire. Well, I love Peter and Claire's ok. And if I can't have Peter, Claire is the one I'd prefer him to be with lol. But I don't think fans are jumping ships. I give up on the shows, not on the ships (not cuz the shows are bad or anything, I just get tired and move onto a new obsession). And that whole Haylo breakup wasn't confirmed by themselves. Ok, fan optimism lol
