i tend to over mosterize my hair so i do a light protien treatment once a week along with a protien oil on my ends to give it some extra strength

I had a bad experience with Organic Roots....not any conditioner but rather the hair serum. Left my hair with dry patches all over like dandruff.....scared the life out of me...so im a little scared to try any other of their products.......but ur video helped me alot with my questions on protein and how to use. I tried the egg and it left my hair extremely hard....and its only now i know y....so i know i have to try something lighter with some drops of oil (crosses fingers)....but again thanks.

I'm 8weeks post relaxer, I experience a lot of breakage in the past 2weeks or so. I follow different procedures but still doesn't work. Mind you, my hair texture is really really thin. Once I do the roller set thing, the all hair came out with the roller. But my hair keeps getting longer though. What do you think I should do? Thank you
