She sounds like an inexperienced, ignorant politician with little clue about anything. VP is way outside of her capabilities. Politicians should always try to avoid invoking God or religious ideas in their speeches, it simply sounds too fundamentalist and leads to confusion.

This woman just "creeps me out" with the way she speaks. She seems all to often to say something like "what I mean by that... is...." Much of what she says is only shifting some shade of meaning to what she has just said before. First she says she would never presume to know the will of God.... then she says she believes in a devine plan for ultimate good.... of course she will presume that she knows what the deving plan is, yet she "would never presume to know the will of God."
