The handle isn't hot? I've burnt myself enough to know not to touch metal attached to a kiln. amazing.

Awesome! Homemade kilns? Actual kilns are so expensive! I need to make one lol! The results of raku pieces are just absolutely amazing though!

Simon, I may have missed it but how long do you fire in the small kiln with propane. A couple of hours, 30 min? I`m interested in putting one together. as always thanks!
