I bought a Sprint EVO 4G 1 month ago,got it rooted and installed Gingerbread 2.3 and a custom ROM.Then I stood my old Instinct side by side next to the EVO and the Instinct threw itself out the window and got itself run over by a slow moving freight train.Ouch!

ok. thats the same thing that happen to me. but i had to get 4 other instincts cus thy were all crap. the one i have now is the new instinct hd. its better then the other ones. i had it fore like 5 months. but i just bought a palm treo 700wx it should b here on the 19th. but with the samesung instinct u have to use a serten sd if it is not the right one then it will most likely have those kind of problem.do u think that the palm treo 700wx is good fore lawyers. to keep filling on th go? YES NO
