@ColosoulCameron Delusional? People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. If you asked the average person in the street to name Madonna songs or Mariah Careysongs most people would find the former far more easy.

@ColosoulCameron None of Mariah's 18 US number ones have topped the UK charts. Madonna is successful everywhere, a true global star. Mariah can't sell out stadiums like Madonna can even in the US. Janet is not more talented than Madonna, that is your own personal opinion. I've never heard a Janet Jackson song and creative as Madonna's Secret Garden off the Erotica album or an album as classic as Ray of Light.

@ColosoulCameron Mariah is not as successful as Madonna even in the US. Madonna has more number two hits, more top fives and more top tens. When Madonna's album and singles sales are combined Madonna has sold far more. Even some of Madonna's songs that never topped the Hot 100 are more remembered than Mariah's US number ones. Mariah has had more Hot 100 number ones than Michael Jackson and Elvis, does that make her more successful than them? Of course not.

@hiphopismydrug1 No she's not. I've seen Beyonce live and I've seen Madonna live, Madonna managed to work the crowd better than Beyonce. Like I said singing is just one bit of performing, Madonna is a better dancer, has better chereography and her shows are conceptually lightyears ahead of Beyonce's thus making Madonna the better performer.
