Cluster Headache

fuck that shit man...should be called something else than headache. headachemakes it sound tame it looks hellish

I know this is probably not what you hoped to hear, but LSD has been documented to relieve cluster headaches quite successfully, even in light doses. There has been some research done into Lysergic Acid Bromo (I think that's what it was) which is like LSD, but without the hallucinogenic properties. Unfortunately due to the drug control policies in North America there is no current studies being done with this substance on cluster headaches that i know of.

my step dad suffers from cluster headaches and has for years. the only thing that seems to work out for him are steroid shots. however, steroids are very bad for your body and the doctor refuses to give him any more through this "cycle". any suggestions? listening is bad enough, i can only imagine the pain he feels.

However, for 2 1/2 months I am taking Melatoninium 5 mg before sleeping and for so far I HAD NO ATTACKS and have my dosis of Isoptin reduced to 240 mg a day! My wish is to stop with the Isoptin on januari the 1st, it would be the first time in almoust 20 years that I'm not taking any medication at all!
I don't know if you are still suffering but if you do: hang on man, I feel sympathy for you! keep the strength!!! don't give up!!!

my God Antonio, I have just watched myself! I ( male, 44 years old) am suffering from Cluster about 21 years now and the only thing that helps is a sumatriptan-injection (some times 8 a day!!) I have tried several medications and the only thing that helps preventing those attacks is 960 mg Isoptin a day...

It's painful... I'm a 14 year old girl, i've been dealing with this since i was 11 years old... it's sad that my mom yells... i beg her over and over that it makes everything worse... but before cluster headaches, at 7 or 8 i started getting migraines... and tension headache at 11 with cluster... so since i have to deal with a yelling parent I just lock myself in the bathroom.. if you have someone who screams lock you're self somewhere...

weed doesn't work as don't other usual painkillers i've had stuff like lcd and shroms/magic mushrooms do and can highly effective in aborting and preventing the cycle. Only negative is there illegal but for shrooms therei s a loop hole you can buy spores and then grow your own mushrooms.
