@olliestottle 02 does help...but you need the meds too. If you don't have the meds, the h/a's will return immediately after removing the 02...fyi

@sugarmill9 thank you so much...yes, my friend...I have an awesome guardian angel and tremendous spirit guides!...They are the reasons I haven't committed suicide. That, and I don't think hell is a good fit for me..haha just kidding. We are all on earth to suffer pain and to love, as well as learn to forgive...so I am gonna get through "earth school" the best way I can, and if any of you who suffer these h/a's need me, just holla via inbox, and I WILL help you!!
