basically all u do is add a mask to the copied layer, then use the gradiant tool. It causes the layer to fade out to nothing.

tutorials should teach you stuff ...not "look at this i can do this" Congratulations you can do it, but by not telling me what you are doing or why i didn't learn anything. This isn't a "tutorial" its a "look what i did"
