I don't think it's entirely a fallacy to say that a presentation made by a convicted fraud is likely to contain deception.

I'm not sure this works well as an example. Some ad homs are exceptable. In this argument it's perfectly exceptable to doubt the validity of Kents seminars as he is a convicted fruadster and is out to make money from the gullible.
