This version has less dubbing than the others you will find on youtube. The reason why Lennon and Mccartney laugh in one part is because it turns out that the track they were using to dub the vocals started over in the wrong part.

In those days we had day-clothes for ordinary and sports-jacket and trousers for best. People with pop-fashion clothes were seen differently. Very cool. However this film is dated 1970. It was all over by then. In some ways this was seen as a tribute by the Beatles to their former selves!
