@Jedidew I agree. Anette is great and Tarja too. I love them careless of the singer.

@mikewill9511 The feeling of music is from the actual music, not the singing. I think Annette fits the band much more seamlessly than Taryja did. But honestly, I'd listen to Nightwish if they didn't have any singer at all. That isn't at all what makes them great.

I love how they mix classical and metal so beautifully well. BUT, although Annette is a very talented singer, she isn't an OPERATIC singer. So the feeling Nightwish had has gone. Anyways, I would love them to make a song with only the choir. It would be something like what Therion does. TRUE symphonic operatic metal. :) love NW.
PS: If Annette studied classical singing, and-- as she has stated-- sang in a soprano voice, things MIGHT change.

wow, it was amazing to see LPO recording DPP. I would love to see them live preforming a nightwish orchestral.
