Pokemon Sapphire Walkthrough Part 77: Catching Rayquaza

This is part 77 of my ongoing walkthrough for Pokemon Sapphire.

In this video, we attempt to catch Rayquaza in the Sky Pillar.

Rayquaza is a draong/flying type legendary. It's very hard to catch, so come prepared with at least 30 Ultra Balls. It's also a good idea bringing good defensive Pokemon, I recommend some other legends like Regirock or Registeel.

i used my masterball on a wingull

Odds of getting freeze on the first turn and have him being frozen for 17 turns

= about 0,22518% ( 1 in 444 )

i caught kyogre with one ultra ball and that my last one to

My rayquaza died by a shuppet. cause my rayquaza ran out of moves and he had to use struggle and it didnt work because its a normal type move and i couldnt run away it used mean look at me rayquaza was the only pokemon i had. shuppet used curse and night shade it took 20 minutes to kill rayquaza and it was terrible to look at rayquaza die by a a level 27 shuppet
