I use the led light a lot cheaper to keep going no blown bulbs. I will some day upgrade to there brighter led light but for now everything is great and it shines as good as a 21 volt. Tim's 6 volt led with a night light battery pack 28v but I cant adjust the brightness because I dont have the right switch but I am happy the way it is.

@nwards i have a foggy top 21v...its ight but i wana get soming a lil brighter. it doesnt quit reach the top of the tree. last night i went and looked the tree over for like 30 min untill the coon finally looked at me for like 2 seconds.
its plenty bright but the beam wont focus enough to reach the top of the tree..

Check your polarity and buy a tims led head 6 volt there should be instructions telling you how to and you will be good to go and want need a new light. And the battery will last longer on a charge and the light will also be brighter.
