  • @naseerahvj Nope, it's not eosinophil. Look at the multi-lobed nucleus connected by filaments. And there is actually no granulation as it should be. Also, the stain failed.

    What really makes these stand out as eosinophils is the granulation. Although it's harder to see here then in some pics, it's def more so than on a neutrophil. Also the cyto plasm seems a bit more red than in a neutrophil.

  • At 0:48, they look more like neutrophils to me. If my memory serves me well, eosinophils usually have bilobed nucleus with more predominant eosinophilic granules. Maybe it was stained too dark and the picture was not good?
