It's not just there (Atlanta). It's anywhere in the South. I know. I'm from Texas. People down here simply don't know how to drive on icy roads. They should just stay home 'til the ice melts, usually only a day or two.

ya i live in minnesota i dont even drive a car but u dont drive fast on icy roads, and dont just slam the breaks. Ya u dont know how to drive in snow down there.
