Mostly elevated, and the equipment permits front window railfanning. The music is from a vendor selling CD's. EVERY train has at least one of these people blaring music, which luckily is in high fidelity, though quite loud for a backpack sound system. Just 10 pesos for a MP3 CD or 5 times the subway fare, said to be the cheapest in the world. If your time is limited ride the 4. The longest outdoor line is the B (bee) line. The oldest and most useful to tourists is the 1. This scene is between Santa Anita - Martin Carrera

  • I love the metro in DF, you can get anywhere for 3 pesos, that's less than 25 cents. I like the tunnel in La Raza station with the black lite "planetarium." It's just so Mexico City.
