One review has said that this is the best Mario Party in years and the series has been given the kick up the backside it needed. Sounds pretty promising so I might pick this up. Looks good for playing with the family.

dunno why people are hating on the car aspect of the game, it looks like a great adition. its about time this series was shaken up like this. just makes things more strategic.

so how do you win? do you still get coins and stars? kinda sketchy that you ride together. the minigames look fun, and the boards. just get rid of the dumb cart and it will be great.

@WiiFolderJosh What remotes can u use? And do u have to use nunchuks for each wii remote?

@Shyster44 Technically, it's optional, but not for "story mode" or whatever. First trailer showed a section WITHOUT the car, on a regular board.

the only thing that sucks about this game is that there are no red spaces and u also stay all together in a big cart.... sigh im probably not gonna get it because of those 2 reasons

@mariokirby7764 Good thinking, don't get it. Clearly you know lots about the game too sense you didn't even know that action spaces on the boards actually do take players out of the vehicles and down separate pathways momentarily.
