Hans Fagius - O Lamm Gottes, unschuldig (BWV 656)

Very strange pictures in combination with this organ chorale. In my taste the interpretation needs more expression and more feeling. Does Hans Fagius feel the meaning of the words of this Bach chorale during his playing?

haha it is a bit odd, maybe the person who uploaded just had the pictures and wanted to use them? oh well, the music is fantastic, I always think this piece works well as a postlude and then for the final section where the registration builds, it is good for a processional

Dit weet jij vast wel, ik heb mij suf gezocht naar de Duitse titel van het lied: 'Lam Gods dat zo onschuldig, zo eindeloos geduldig, aan't schand'lijk kruishout lijdt'.

Ik heb het niet kunnen vinden, ik weet dat Bach het ooit gearrangeerd heeft, maar verder dan O Esca Viatorum ben ik tot nochtoe niet gekomen.

Misschien kun jij mij helpen?

Ik weet niet, maar misschien houden van de walvissen orgel muziek te horen. ;-)
