How is that "border security" plan coming anyway? Ah! Building a fence you say?
Gosh! It's brilliant!!!
We rely on small fragments of fence! And If the offender actually encounters some of this fence it might delay him a whole 5-10 minutes. Now then, since we are secure behind our fortress wall we can muzzle our boarder guards and keep them on an extremely short leash, to make sure they don't scare off the neighbors that try to break in to our fortress at night.
Very effective boarder security!
