I have no problem with transgendered individuals, but I would definitely want to know before I slept with one.

It's not that I don't consider you a woman, you ARE a woman. It's just that there's limits to what surgery and hormones can do. I just wouldn't be sexually interested in a woman with male sex organs, even surgically altered male sex organs.
