Well done: I appreciated Dean Smith's succinct directions, quite clear, quite easy to replicate at home. Someday I hope to break eggs one-handed. Meanwhile, a "cheesecake pan" is actually a springform pan, a versatile piece to have for baking.
Well done: the cheesecake. Oh, yes. That looked just short of fatally rich and welcomed on my dessert plate any day.
Good recipe, good delivery, good cheesecake. And yet another good reason to have one's own Jersey cow.
