I'm poor. My car finally bit the dust this past year. There was NOTHING on the market that I could afford. I finally found something that really was junk that didn't meet the CfC standards and it was overpriced 'cause there was nothing else out there.

@campaignforliberty Well Ron the fact they wont keep a bus, van, camper etc by just taking its wheels of and putting it in a massive yard somewhere. Homeless people could of used those vehicles to live inside and kept warm and dry from rain and snow. If the government did this 80-90% of homeless people wouldnt live on the streets or die early

And again send your old classic cars Mustangs, GTO's and so on... to Sweden or the rest of Scandinavia where its actually treated with respect and taken care of well! @METALMAN4Wii You're wrong buddy. The housing crisis started under Carter and continued with Clinton under the Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac schemes. Bush tried 47 times in congress to have it stopped, congressman Obama sided against Bush each time. You can't blame Bush for this madness, but you can blame the Dumbocraps. There were cars in there look all over youtube you will see them. Cars with nothing wrong with them. Even rich peoples cars. Auto parts dealers got hit hard now they have pay the full wholesale price on parts, Junkyards who use old broken vehicles for keeping cash flow are hurt and people like me who barely even has $300 to there name can afford cheap vehicle. Thank you for pointing out exactly how this program ruined the lower class. Which our government would figure out who votes for them too.

Craigslist is the shit....If you have enough common sense to check thoroughly and be aware of hat you're looking for, you can find a car that fits your budget almost every time. I have bought every car I have owned from Craigslist and I have had one problem and it's because I didnt test reverse when I bought a car....MY FAULT

@racer868 Wrong the Housing Crash was Under Bush and the Cash for Clunkers Program was used to get Automotive Companies a Jump Start. after Bush Destroyed the Economy and it worked and yes some People Destroy Perfectly Good Cars but most of the Cars about 2/3 were POS's....!
