@TheGrizzzle Stay away from Muscle Tech, really any of the big names really, with the exception of Maybe Animal. But yes, aaronalwines is right, creatine mono is the best you can get, and if it's available get a micronized creatine mono. It's relatively cheap too. A good brand? Dymatize is a decent brand that doesn't cop out with rediculous claims and overpriced products. You'd also be suprised what some of the off brands have to offer. Depends on where you live.

@TheGrizzzle I think you should check out some of the MuscleTech products. Both Jay Cutler and Phil Heath use them, and have the firm as sponsor.

@ElvisFerbeyre I agree. Stupid to hate on him. Marc Henry is a very nice upcommer, and a very skilled body builder. I think we will see him soon on Olympia stage.

@datiroler so if he's nothing, what are you bro? what are you?.....

@TheGrizzzle the most widely researched scientifically proven creatine is creatine monohydrate. So you want to get a creatine product with creatine mono in it to start out. The best creatine monohydrate is the 'micronized' creatine mono or creapure. Both r extremely high grade creatine monohydrate, any product that has these are good.
