@MrToast886 There were different models, but the gun can do all three using different kinds of ammunition, HE for the artillery role, AP for the anti-tank role, and then the timed fuze rounds that explode at a certain altitude for the AA role. The 88 was the best and most feared gun of the war, especially for the AT role.

jede armee der welt war gegen die deutsche wehrmacht nur eine söldnertruppe. und das bei einer so kurhe aufbauzeit dieser besten jemals existierenden deutschen armee. nur die quantität konnten wir halt nicht herbeizaubern. in technologie, strategie, mut und einsatz waren wir allen haushoch überlegen.
