After a while I plan on getting a kit like this, but as a Polish Paratrooper, serving under the Brits of course. Right now I'm an enemy paratrooper ;)

Yes. You also carry two more pouches above the normal ammo pouches. The no 2 would also in combat be acting as a normal rifleman.

At the minuite I am being trained for the support gunner role by a man who trained on brens in the 50s. By rights I should have a stripe but I said I didn't want it.

yeah u are the most important part of the squad. U have to be specially trained and that is who u represent the most important people in wars.
