  • Thank you so much for posting this video! I'm discerning a similar vocation, and it's so wonderful to hear other another woman's testimony! God bless!

1 Cor. 7: 27 Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek a separation. Are you free of a wife? Then do not look for a wife.

That's one of many citations from the bible extolling virginity for the sake of the Kingdom.

  • what are the criteria to be consecrated? and what exactly is it?

  • Does natural selection include ignorant fools excluding themselves from the gene pool?

  • Not all are called to marry and reproduce. There are some people who do remain single for the rest of their lives- are you accusing them of sinning? Think before you type, ignoramous.

  • Her body, her life, her decision. Period.

  • Have you ever thought that some Catholic women don't EVER wish to marry, like me, so may seek to become consecrated virgins?

You really need to open your mind.

  • "......and God said unto them: Be fruitful, and multiply....." ---Genesis 1:28 The meaning is quite clear, and needs little elaboration. God created two humans of different sexes so that they could reproduce.

  • Interesting video.

I am a consecrated Solitary Religious in Southern Cal. and my journey to Professed Life took 20 years. Plenty of pain and sorrow; plenty of Joy and Thanksgiving. I have given my life over to Christ Who gave it to me first. As a semi-enclosed Anglican nun in strict vows, my life has become a chalice of offering to God. May God be Praised!
