  • @christurkthebrave You are welcome. It's called "zero" from Intrinzik. 

  • Great submission, what are the recommended reps and sets? This does not seem to be an exercise for endurance and fat burning but for strengthening a targeted area.

  • Using 2 kettlebells I like to keep the reps between 5 and 8 per leg. If I can do many more comfortably it's time to go up in weight. As far as sets go anywhere between 3 and 5 are good. Hope this helps!
