  • If Zappa were still alive this guy would be the perfect drummer for him.

  • i love his stack, this guy is awesome

  • i've been drumming for a LONG time and a lot of this is just still way over my head. by the way i lol every time at 1:26

  • @BillionYearSP Wrong....If Zappa were still alive,he would be perfect singer and guitar player for Mark Guiliana... ; -)

  • @abeltab no this kind of free form solo has no definitive 1. You just play ideas and portray feelings and emotions through different rhythms and sounds. No time signature or time really involved

  • sounds like he's going for the Radiohead "Idoteque" beat at times

  • @PearlDrumsAllDay94 theres def a 1. hes just playing over it

  • @PearlDrumsAllDay94 Yeah I noticed that but first I was so impressed by his playin that I decided to try to find the 1. Sometimes thats a way for me to make things a little more clear to me. This time it didnt work, though :P

  • @Kraeezeu the 1 changes in the beginning constantly because he is soloing without a time signature he's just playing so its near impossible to find the 1 cause there is no definitive 1
