OK, the video isn't that great and the movement isn't that noticeable but I think it's still awesome. The movement is not from wind or sleight of hand.

The flowers have all been removed from the plant to prevent anyone from stealing them and breeding these flowers elsewhere. It is a hybrid of Codariocalyx Motorius Ohashi Leguminosae.

The plants are most active from November to February - the cool season - and between 7am and 10am or 4:40pm and 6pm. *Lonely Planet Thailand

  • the small leaflets are moving... not the big ones but the smaller ones on the side

  • they move regardless of whether you produce any sound or not. and it's not really that hard to get the seeds, it grows all over se asia. but yeah, a cool plant!
