It has been used by the Israelis since the 70's...
( Yes - they also invented the Israeli Emergency Bandage...)

The SWAT-T may be re-used unless damaged or soiled. Most would recommend discarding if used real-world, after the op.
Once you have dedicated a device for training, it can be used hundreds of times with no problems, so long as they are not damaged or soiled.
