Makes me wish I didn't have to be part of my employer's insurance pool if I could find a few doctors like this.

This is really great, I'm glad to see there are still doctors like this. I was under the impression that what Ron Paul has always spoken of was restricted to antiquity, that no modern cases existed, and that the government had completed destroyed how healthcare was originally practiced.

When the consumers of health 'care' goods and services are re-established as the payers of that good or service, the health 'care' market will reorient itself accordingly. Right now its principal customers are insurance companies (and government).

This is a wonderful demonstration of the fact that the more government gets involved in something, the more expensive it becomes. More and more regulation, more subsidization, more bureaucracy... I hope more doctors like this learn to exit the miserable bureaucratic system and start offering real health care again.
