Before you cook your Jambalaya, Crabmeat Mornay, or Oysters you must first store them safely.
Here is a great way to refrigerate your seafood for days before you cook it. You obviously can't freeze it.
This is a great method that I have used for years that will allow you to store your seafood and keep it fresh.
Using this method I have safely stored fresh shrimp, crabmeat, and even oysters for up to four days keeping it 'ready to eat, or use fresh'. Happy Thanksgiving!!
