After you cut extrude & circular pattern for helical gear profile, you can use flex & twisting ordered with 15 degree entered angle of helix. That is more simple.

  • Which School did you learn making gear like this?

  • I am complete noob at solid works. I mean complete complete! I even have hard time following tutorial on solid works help file. Some of the stuff I get right but some I screw up. I have no idea when I follow directions to why this is done the certain way. I really need to learn solid works. Can someone recommend to me the best way to learn it properly? So I could design my own machinery or my own inventions. Maybe someone could suggest a good book? Or maybe I should just do trial and error?

  • This is Not Correct You need to do Evalutae of TOOTH and a lot of more things this is not right method im learing it for my project of GEARS
