Italian Gestures in Rome

This Roman chef was called to the table presumably about a complaint. His gestures explain it all:

1. The kiss of the hand = "It's so good!"
2. The hands moving in up/down motion in front of his waist = "What in God's name am I gonna do about it?"
3. Thumb/Index finger pointed like a gun = "No can do/No way!"

Yes it was a complaint, but the chef was telling him: before ordering you need to specified how do you wanted, dry or wet, if you don't tell me I will do my way(moving the hands up and down,), in anyway is very good( kiss to the hand)if you don't tell me how would I know( pointed finger like a gun)at the end the custumer agreed with the chef.
