Hey guys nice video! I am not to sure why the women who benched approx 150 arched her lower back like that? Not only is she risking a severe injury, she is also putting major stress on her lower back. Upper back muscles are larger muscles and ultimately will handle a much heavier load . Her butt was clearly off the bench. I can honestly ask you, if you want to put leg power in your bench? You certaintly can with out that kind of arch! Take care and keep up the good work :)
