I take it this was shot on GoPro HD? I've done some POV with mine over the last year and only hassle I have is finding a product that will let the water slide of the lens face!
I still have to paddle this river, couple of my club members did it last weekend.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video. It was shot with a GoPro HD - that's still pretty new and I haven't needed to put anything on the lens yet.
The Dee's well worth a paddle if you can hit at the right level.
