Beach Cities/San Clemente Scooter Clubs Joint Cook's Corner Cruise

This was San Clemente Scooter club's 2nd club cruise and also a joint cruise with the older Beach Cities Scooter Club. It was to Trabuco Canyon and Cook's Corner. The weather was perfect; a little cold starting out and a little hot at the other end but overall it was a great ride. Am I allowed to ride with my scooter on PCH? I have a 150cc

On our club cruise to Balboa Island we took PCH from San Clemente to Newport Beach and had some 50cc scooters. Of course, it was much more fun in a group of 20 scooters.
