He`s right !!!! When you cut the ends of the coil off, We call them tube sheets , Then the copper is now considered clean & the scrap yard will pay you more , If you don`t cut the tube sheet ends off the coil , Then its considered dirty copper , They don`t pay much for dirty copper , They also don`t pay much for a complete unit , Untill its torn down & sorted out , Like what he is doing.
