After three sets with 100.5kg I tried 15 reps with bodyweight again; did 16 reps with 80.5kg; was to exhausted for 20 reps but will do that in one of the next sessions... This is all part of the preparation for the powerandbulk overhead squat challenge.

  • it doesn't take that long, within 1 year under my tutulage everyone even the practical dead ones can learn the stunt...
