Second single from 1976 Capitol album "Song for Everyone". The band consisted of:

Paul Gordon: vocals
Cal Dodd: vocals
Bob Bonnell: vocals
Terry Wilkins: bass
John Sheard: keyboards
Wally J. W. Cameron: drums
John Lowry: guitar

The "Song for Everyone" album was produced by ex-Lighthouse drummer Skip Prokop (Terry Wilkins was also an ex-Lighthouse member). The distinctive cover art to "Song for Everyone" was by John Stevenson, notorious for his nude cover for the 1974 debut LP by the all-woman brass-rock band Isis.

All three singers (Bob Bonnell, Cal Dodd and Paul Gordon) share/alternate lead vocals on "Be Happy".
